You can delete your TestGen account at any time, from the app.
In the app
- Open TestGen and go to Settings.
- Tap your account at the top.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
What is deleted
- Your AI token balance (unused tokens are lost)
- Your purchase records on our server
- Your sign-in account
This happens at once and cannot be undone.
What is kept
- Papers and questions on your phone stay until you delete the app.
- Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep their own records of purchases, under their own policies.
- Premium bought with your Apple ID can still be restored with Restore Purchases.
- A one-way hash of your sign-in email and the date it was made stays on our server, with no end date, so the free tokens for new accounts cannot be claimed twice. It does not show your address, but someone who already knows your address could match it.
Without the app
Email support@testgen.app from the email address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm within 15 days.
